VAM and Sons is a family business started by two brothers. Growing up in Guam, their father Victorino owned VAM, a general contracting business specializing in HVAC repair. Well known for his service and good nature, Victorino served much of the island for many years. Today his sons are using the knowledge they gained working under their father and have taken the torch to continue the family tradition of service in their beloved home of Oregon. They very much look forward to serving you!
Jonas Menguita | Owner
A longtime resident of the valley, Jonas started his life in Oregon more than twenty years ago after leaving the Army for a career at Weyerhauser. He served as Operations Manager at facilities in Cottage Grove and Sweet Home for many years, then decided to leave it all behind to pursue his true passion of service by becoming an Associate Pastor for his church in Lebanon. His Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice coupled with an MBA make Jonas a unique combination of no-nonsense professionalism and compassion to serve.
Joel Menguita | Owner
Hailing from the Portland Metro area, Joel and his family settled in Beaverton, where they have lived for over twenty years. An existing business owner, Joel and his wife started an Adult Foster Care home to fulfill her passion of caring for the elderly. A business he and his family continue to run. In addition, Joel is a talented musician with a Bachelors in Conservatory Music and has taught students of all ages. He also possesses an Associate's degree in Accounting. His eye for detail and keen knowledge of crunching numbers makes him an excellent partner to get the job done right.
